We’re Hiring Creative Professionals (Immediate Joining)
Positions Available at The Gifting Tribe:
1. Full-Time Video Editor (Remote or On-site)
2. Videographer + Basic Editor (On-site)
3. Graphics Designer + Editor (Remote or On-site)

The Grateful Tribe is expanding its creative team! We’re looking for talented, passionate, and disciplined professionals who can bring creativity, precision, and commitment to every project.

Key Responsibilities
• Create and edit engaging video and design content for social media, marketing, and product campaigns.
• Capture and produce visually strong videos for events and brand activities (for videographer/editor roles).
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop innovative concepts and brand visuals.
• Maintain and manage editing/design equipment and tools efficiently.
• Troubleshoot technical or creative challenges and ensure timely project delivery.
• Stay available for communication and coordination between 10 AM – 8 PM as required.
Requirements
• Proven experience in the relevant position applied for (portfolio required).
• Strong command of tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut, Photoshop, Illustrator, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Excellent visual sense, storytelling ability, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver projects on time.
• Must communicate clearly in English (fluency preferred).
• Reliable, punctual, and highly adaptable.
• No student candidates will be considered.
• Must live in or very close to Bashundhara R/A for on-site roles.
Job Nature & Working Hours
• On-site roles: Must visit the office 4–5 days a week as required.
• Remote roles: Must remain responsive and available during assigned hours.
• Working hours are flexible, but availability between 10 AM – 8 PM is required.
• Occasional late shoots or weekend tasks may be needed depending on project timelines.
Salary & Growth Opportunity
• Starting Salary: 30,000 BDT/month (for all listed positions).
• Handsome performance-based increments will be offered to deserving and consistent performers.
• Increments will depend on reliability, creativity, and contribution across multiple projects.
