About the Role

Dexian Bangladesh Ltd. is looking for a reliable and energetic Executive / Senior Executive – HR & Admin to support day-to-day HR operations and administrative activities. The ideal candidate must be organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative Tasks-

Oversee office administration including canteen monitoring, bill checking, gate pass processing, and waste management.

Ensure workplace cleanliness, hygiene, safety, and compliance across all office floors.

Monitor daily attendance of employees and maintain records.

Track utility usage (water, electricity, gas) and report any issues.

Maintain security protocols and coordinate with security staff.

Manage vendor relations including negotiation, contracts, purchases, and performance tracking.

Support procurement activities and continuous improvement of administrative processes.

Assist in organizing meetings, events, and internal communications.

Perform any additional tasks assigned by management.

HR Tasks

Assist in recruitment activities (job posting, scheduling interviews).

Requirements-

Education:

Strong communication skills in both English & Bangla.
