โ–บ Supervise day-to-day sewing floor activities to achieve production targets.
โ–บ Assist in production planning, line setup, and effective line balancing.
โ–บ Monitor production flow and ensure sufficient input from the cutting section.
โ–บ Track productivity, efficiency, quality, and production targets.
โ–บ Coordinate with Cutting, Finishing, Quality, IE, and other departments to resolve production issues.
โ–บ Identify production bottlenecks, defects, and alteration issues and take corrective actions.
โ–บ Support the Production Manager in achieving daily, weekly, and monthly production targets.
โ–บ Monitor operators and line performance and ensure optimum manpower utilization.
โ–บ Guide, supervise, and motivate production teams to improve productivity.
โ–บ Prepare and maintain daily production reports and provide updates to management.
โ–บ Ensure compliance with buyer requirements, company policies, and factory standards.
โ–บ Support continuous improvement initiatives and maintain smooth production operations.

โ–บ Minimum Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
โ–บ Minimum 5 years of experience in Production within the RMG industry.
โ–บ Hands-on experience in Jacket & Outerwear manufacturing is mandatory.
โ–บ Strong knowledge of sewing operations, production planning, line balancing, and production efficiency.
โ–บ Ability to supervise production teams and achieve daily production targets.
โ–บ Good understanding of quality, productivity, and production flow management.
โ–บ Strong leadership, problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
