Successfully Conducted: Empowering Series 03!
অত্যন্ত আনন্দের সাথে জানাচ্ছি যে, গতকাল আমাদের অফিশিয়াল পেজ থেকে "Empowering series 03: Accelerate your study with AI tools" অনলাইন সেশনটি সফলভাবে সম্পন্ন হয়েছে।

বর্তমান যুগে পড়াশোনা, রিসার্চ এবং প্রডাক্টিভিটি বাড়াতে AI টুলসের সঠিক ব্যবহার কতটা গুরুত্বপূর্ণ, তা নিয়েই ছিল আমাদের এবারের আয়োজন। সেশনটিতে ৫০ জনেরও বেশি উদ্যমী পার্টিসিপেন্ট অংশ নেন এবং তাদের দারুণ উপস্থিতি পুরো আয়োজনটিকে প্রাণবন্ত করে তোলে।

Learn Earn And Progress Intern Program - 2026

Position: LEAP - Intern

Job Location: RFL Industrial Park (Gazipur)

Educational Requirement: Graduates from any discipline from any reputed university — we welcome diverse academic backgrounds! Candidates who have completed all of their academic courses except internship, or fresh graduates are eligible to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
Participate in structured training sessions, workshops, and on-the-job learning to understand business operations, organizational culture, and processes.

Assist in research and data analysis to support business improvement initiatives.

Assist team members in executing ongoing projects, reports, and documentation.

Contribute to short-term projects or assignments aimed at process optimization or problem-solving.

Prepare and present findings or recommendations to the management team.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.

Maintain effective communication and positive relationships with colleagues and supervisors.

Additional Requirements:
Proficiency in MS Office applications, Particularly in Excel
Strong communication both in Bangla and English
Ability to work under pressure
Detail-oriented and have problem-solving ability
Compensation & Other Benefits:

Salary: 15,000/- (Per month)
Accommodation Facilities at factory location.
Subsidiary Lunch and Dinner Facilities at Factory Canteen.
Interns will gain first-hand experience in different departments. Based on their performance during the internship period, successful candidates will be offered permanent employment as Management Trainee Officers (MTOs).
