Real Capita Group is looking for a personal secretary for the managing director

Job Responsibilities:
1. Assist the Managing Director in various corporate communications, crafting and disseminating the company's business-related messaging internally and externally through planned programs and increased public relations activities.

2. Carry out day-to-day secretarial jobs at MD's desk maintaining proper confidentiality.

3. Organize Weekly and monthly meetings, Annual conferences, Wing wise meetings & take meeting minutes.

4. Prioritize and monitor incoming e-mails, phone calls, etc., and follow up on outstanding action.

5. Schedule and organize frequent events and meetings, including preparation and coordination by booking the facility, pre-mail, and arranging required equipment, refreshments, etc., as required.

Educational Requirements:
Graduate/Masters
Skills Required: communication skills, Good at Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel, Negotiation skills, Presentation skills.

Experience Requirements:
Minimum 5 years experience in the relevant field
