► Support continuous improvement initiatives and maintain smooth production operations.

► Minimum Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
► Minimum 5 years of experience in Production within the RMG industry.
► Hands-on experience in Jacket & Outerwear manufacturing is mandatory.
► Strong knowledge of sewing operations, production planning, line balancing, and production efficiency.
► Ability to supervise production teams and achieve daily production targets.
► Good understanding of quality, productivity, and production flow management.
► Strong leadership, problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
