• 🏢 Hybrid: 2 days Work From Office, 3 days Work From Home
• 📅 Working Days: 5 days per week
• ⏰ Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• 🎉 Weekend: Saturday & Sunday
🎓 Educational Requirements
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering (CSE) or a relevant discipline
📊 Minimum Experience
• At least 1 year of experience in designing, executing, and reporting web application testing
🔧 Key Responsibilities
• Design, create, and execute manual test cases based on requirements and specifications
• Evaluate test results and assess product quality from functional and user perspectives
• Identify, document, and reproduce defects clearly
• Report and communicate bugs effectively with the development team
• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to improve product quality
✅ Required Qualifications
• Hands-on experience in manual testing processes, including:
Test case design, creation, ex*****on, and evaluation
Bug identification and reporting
• Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Ability to derive test scenarios and edge cases from requirements
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
⭐ Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)
• Experience with programming languages (JavaScript, Python, or Go) for testing
• Experience in unit test design and implementation
• Familiarity with test automation frameworks (Playwright, Cypress, Selenium)
• Experience integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, CircleCI)
• Experience using Large Language Models (LLMs) for:
Test case generation
Test data creation
Bug analysis and reproduction
💰 Salary
• Up to 35,000 BDT (based on skills, expertise, and experience)
