We are looking for a dynamic Head of Sales who will play a pivotal leadership role in driving overall sales performance across all Bangladesh branches. This role requires strong leadership capability, strategic thinking, and a results-driven mindset.
๐๐๐ฒ ๐๐๐ฌ๐ฉ๐จ๐ง๐ฌ๐ข๐๐ข๐ฅ๐ข๐ญ๐ข๐๐ฌ:
- Lead and oversee the sales operations of all branches in Bangladesh, including Dhanmondi, Banani, Uttara, Chattogram, and any other new branches.
- Maintain continuous communication with Branch Heads/Managers and Destination Managers.
- Regular branch visits across the country.
- Attend daily sales meetings and ensure effective information flow among teams.
- Organize and conduct periodical sales meetings โ weekly, monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and yearly โ to review performance and develop strategic plans.
- Participate in board meetings and present sales performance reports, challenges, and improvement strategies to senior management.
- Monitor and take necessary actions to improve the individual performance of each member of the sales team.
- Motivate, guide, and support the sales team to achieve individual and collective sales targets.
- Oversee the accurate calculation, approval, and disbursement of sales incentives in accordance with company policy.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities and enhance market share.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, ethical standards, and best practices in all sales operations.

- Bachelorโs degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Masterโs preferred).
- Minimum 12 years of proven experience in a sales leadership role, preferably within the ๐๐๐ฎ๐๐๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง ๐๐จ๐ง๐ฌ๐ฎ๐ฅ๐ญ๐๐ง๐๐ฒ/๐๐๐๐ฅ ๐๐ฌ๐ญ๐๐ญ๐/๐
๐ข๐ง๐๐ง๐๐/๐
๐ข๐ง๐ญ๐๐๐ก/๐๐๐ง๐ค๐ข๐ง๐ /๐๐ง๐ฌ๐ฎ๐ซ๐๐ง๐๐/๐๐๐๐๐๐ก, or service industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and team management skills.
- Proven ability to drive results and improve team performance.
- Candidate must have a proven track record of driving large-scale sales and generating substantial revenue.
- Strong experience in managing and engaging with high-profile, sophisticated clients, as our customer base primarily consists of top-tier individuals.
