Those of you who are planning to go to Serbia, submit your files as soon as possible to a trustworthy agent or person. The opportunity is currently good.
There is no need to sit around analyzing other people's visa approvals, work permits, etc. And yes, nowadays many jobs are being processed through “contacts.” By “contact,” I do not mean airport contacts. Stay 100 miles away from anyone who claims they can arrange an airport contact for you.
By “contact,” I mean that some people are recruiting workers through agreements/contracts with different companies, allowing them to recruit people within a shorter period. This is possible. Don't simply dismiss it as impossible.
The rates for these contract-based files are a little higher. If you have the money, go for it—it may be better and faster. If you have less money, it may take a little longer, but you should still submit your file. Have faith in Allah. Not everyone in this world is bad.
If your file falls into the hands of a good person, Insha'Allah, you will succeed even if it takes some time. So there is no need to criticize others.
If you want to go to Europe, you will inevitably have to trust someone. If you cannot trust anyone, then, simply quit, Europe may not be in your destiny.
Currently, these contract-based files do not necessarily receive a separate work permit beforehand. Instead, the applications are submitted online together and approval is obtained. And this is 100% possible. So don't worry about this.
Once the approval comes and the visa sticker is issued, when you are ready to fly, the agent will hand over your permit along with your passport and other documents.
Also, it is not always true that bigger agents with RL NO. provide better services. My suggestion is that it can be better to submit your file to a trustworthy PERSON. MEET THE OWNER OF THE AGENT COMPANY , KNOW THEM , COMPARE THEM WITH OTHERS AND TAKE FINAL DECISION.
One advantage is that you can always get updates about your file. You can discuss the advantages and disadvantages directly, which is often almost impossible with a large agency.
There is a proverb: “It is better to become a poor man through your own judgment than to become a king through someone else's judgment.”
I say this because many people ask, “Brother, which agent would be good?” Actually, instead of submitting your file to an agent recommended by someone else, it is better to personally submit it to a trustworthy person whom you yourself have investigated and feel comfortable with.
Finally, if you genuinely want to go, don't just sit around waiting! If you submit your file one day earlier, perhaps Allah will help you reach your destination one person earlier.
If money is not a problem, submit your file through a contract-based opportunity. If you have less money, submit it for a company job at a lower cost. But dont be puzzled with other people who does not know immigration policy of Europe, who NEVER EVER TRAVELED to Europe. Only a regular Europe traveller can guide you properly. Judge the advisor first before panicking and PUZZLED!
