Position Overview

We are seeking smart, dedicated, and detail-oriented Visa Executives to join our Operations Team specializing in First World Country visa processing.
The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of online application portals, document checking, embassy submission guidelines, and communication with clients.

Key Responsibilities

Handle complete visa application process for USA, UK, Canada, Europe, and Australia

Prepare and verify client documents according to embassy requirements

Assist clients with DS-160, UKVI, VFS, VAC, and other online systems

Communicate professionally with clients and embassy offices

Maintain proper records, checklists, and follow-ups

Coordinate with the Sales Team and maintain timely updates

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree (any discipline; preference for Tourism, English, or Business background)

Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in visa processing (First World Countries preferred)

Sound knowledge of documentation, appointment booking, and online visa portals

Excellent communication (Bangla & English) and client service skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic IT skills

Ability to work under pressure with high accuracy and responsibility
