সফল ভাইভা অভিজ্ঞতা -৪২

বিসিএস জার্নিতে অনেকবার মন ভাঙবে, হতাশা আসবে। স্বপ্নটা পূরণের জন্য নিজেকেই আশার আলো খুঁজে নিতে হবে, ঘুরে দাড়াতে হবে। অনেক স্ট্রাগলের পর ৪১ তম রিটেন আলহামদুলিল্লাহ মনের মত হয়েছিলো।
পরের ধাপ ছিল ভাইবা নিয়ে আলোচনা করছি। প্রতিটা ভাইভা বোর্ডেই ডিসাইসিভ কিছু প্রশ্ন থাকে যার উত্তর কনফিডেন্সের সাথে দিতে পারলে আপনি বুঝবেন যে আপনার ভাইভা কেমন হয়েছে। আমার কাছে দুটো প্রশ্ন ডিসাইসিভ মনে হয়েছিলো-
১. গতবারের তুলনায় এবার কীভাবে নিজেকে ইম্প্রুভ করেছি?
২. মিয়ানমারের ডেলিগেট হিসেবে মিয়ানমারের পক্ষে রোহিঙ্গা ইস্যুকে জাস্টিফাই করা।
সৌভাগ্যের বিষয় হলো দুটো প্রশ্নের উত্তরই ইন্সট্যান্ট রেডি করে বললেও স্যার পজিটিভলি নিয়েছিলেন।

Q1. You are already in a good cadre, why are you here?
Answer: Sir, I am very much satisfied with my current job. But Sir, from the very first day of my Bcs preparation BCS foreign Affairs was my dream. I am chasing my dream.
Q2. So, you are trying again for foreign affairs. You took preparation in the 40th bcs but that was not enough for your first choice. How did you improve yourself this time?
Answer: Sir,
-I had an issue with public speaking. To overcome that I anchored a mess night programme in BCS Tax academy last month. I think that developed my public speaking skills.
-I have willingly taken the post of the President of the Souvenir Committee at BCS Tax academy. I have to negotiate with different companies to manage sponsors. I think this has developed my negotiation skills.
-Besides that, I developed my fluency in English.
Q3. What is the relation between foreign Affairs & your subject?
Answer. Sir, it is the era of the 4th industrial revolution. The Internet of things, Artificial Intelligence, Virtual Reality have changed the means of production. As I am from a technical background I think I can play a great role to harness the benefits of the 4th industrial revolution for my country.
Q4. What are the challenges of the 4th industrial revolution for Bangladesh?
Answer. Adapting to rapid technological advancements, Upskalling the workforce because the job sector is changing now-a-days.
Q5. How is the job sector changing? What can Bangladesh do in this context?
Answer. The job sector is undergoing significant changes due to automation, AI, and digitization. Traditional job roles are replacing. While new roles in tech, data analysis, AI development, and digital marketing is emerging.
To overcome these challanges Bangladesh can focus on: Skill development, digital infrastructure, innovation, technology import.
Q6. Is there any robot run industry in Bangladesh?
Answer: Sorry Sir. I don't know.
Q7. Why did the Russia-Ukraine war break out?
Answer: Because of diplomatic failure.
Q8. How Bangladesh is being affected because of the Russia Ukraine War?
Answer:
Increased fuel prices have created a temporary energy crisis in Bangladesh.
Increased food prices has become a threat to food security in Bangladesh.
World economic turmoil has created inflation in Bangladesh.

Q9. What are the components of Smart Bangladesh?
Answer. The components of Smart Bangladesh are Smart Citizen, Smart Economy, Smart Government, Smart Society.

Q11. What is the capacity & estimated cost of Rooppur Nuclear Power Plant?
Answer: Two units, each consisting of 1200 MW power capacity. Estimated cost: 1,13,092 crore tk.
Q12. There are some recent issues with the power plant. Do you know that?
Answer: Yes Sir. Bangladesh has sent away a Russian ship carrying supplies for Rooppur Nuclear Power Plant. The move was made because of the US embargo on the Ursa Major Ship.

Q14. Suppose I am the diplomat of Bangladesh & you are the diplomat of Myanmar. We are in a bilateral meeting about the Rohingya Crisis. Convince me that Myanmar is not responsible for the crisis & justify your actions.
Answer:
Your Excellency, I am honored to meet you today to discuss the Rohingya crisis.
Historically Rohingyas are the citizens of Bangladesh & living in Myanmar for decades. They are destroying communal harmony in Myanmar and are involved in militancy & drug trafficking. The most recent conflict broke out in August 2017, and it has caused the Rohingyas to flee to Bangladesh.
The Myanmar military has been accused of human rights abuses during the conflict, but these allegations are unproven.
I believe that the best way to resolve the Rohingya crisis is through dialogue and cooperation. I am committed to working with you and the international community to find a solution that is fair and just for all the parties involved. Thank you.
