Job Responsibilities:
• Think creatively and develop new design concepts, graphics and layouts.
• Create images that identify a product or convey a message.
• Have to understand dimensions, scale and all requirements as per need.
• Designing graphic content, illustrations, and info graphics for our different brands and products
• Work with the Developer team to design style frames, build storyboards, composite and edit videos, animate titles
• Prepare design plan, concept and layout for motion graphic projects.
• Create and deliver motion graphics in various media including web, mobile, etc.
• Assist in selecting audio, video, colors, animation, etc. for graphic designs.
• Edit raw video footage and add effects/elements to enhance motion graphics.
• Research and analyze best design techniques and solutions to create motion graphics.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge about the latest graphic design techniques.
• Have a vast knowledge about Logo & Banner design, Pack design, Wrapper design, Carton (inner & master) design, product catalog, brochure, shopping bag, & indoor/Outdoor promotional design etc.
• Perform any other responsibility as and when assigned by the Management.
Job Requirements:
• Sound knowledge on updated software including Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Photoshop, Power Point etc.
• Working experience with video making, 3D & Animation application will be considered as additional qualification.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Bangla (Fluent verbal and written).
• Excellent color concept
• Ability to articulate creative concepts clearly and succinctly and good presentation skills are essential.
• Must have an understanding and keep up to date with the latest creative and design trends.
