JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Operate sales activity/computer operations as assigned and trained.
• Manage large amounts of incoming calls and social media interaction
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer through open and interactive communication.
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
• Shall complete written logs of activities during the shift.
• Shall prepare written observation and policy violation reports.
• All other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Ielts Score 5/Equivalent
• Academic Minimum HSC/Equivalent
• Age Limit: 20-35
• Basic Computing Skills MS Office, 30-40 WPM(Typing)
• Must have good communication skills
• Must have the ability to learn and adapt
• Must be able to sit for prolonged periods of time in close proximity to fellow employees and be multi-tasked oriented.
• Must have basic computer operating ability.
SALARY:
• $1000 USD/ Monthly
