Position: Operation Manager
Salary: 40,000 BDT - 60,000 BDT ++ (Based on experience and skills)
Job Description:
Manage data collection for the updating of metrics to achieve productivity targets, reduce cost per unit, eliminate errors, and deliver excellent customer service.
Partner with cross-functional teams to improve proprietary tools and systems
Work closely with legal and safety departments to ensure that activities remain compliant
Oversee the student recruitment and enrollment process, ensuring efficient and effective procedures.
Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain clients (students) for the consultancy firm.
Encourage communication across departments
Conduct market research to develop new system initiatives and suggest improvements to Current system
Analyze monthly financial data for discrepancies and potential pitfalls
Set target KPIs and monitor their progress, adjusting plans as needed to meet them
Create assessment plans for quality assurance and conduct audits, interviews, or Inspections as needed....etc.
Requirements:
Bachelorās degree in business, fields like operations management or related field. Having MBA is a plus.
Experience: At least 3 or more years of proven success in an operations management role
Excellent ability to delegate responsibilities while maintaining organizational control of branch operations
Working knowledge of management software programs, including NetSuite, Concur, QuickBooks, or ERP and CenterPoint Payroll will be a added advantage.
Certified Six Sigma Green Belt (Not mandatory)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Office Timing: Sunday - Friday
