✦ 𝗢𝘄𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗧𝗶𝗺𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲: Plan, schedule, and track day-to-day agency workflows, managing sprints and ensuring deliverables cross the finish line on time.
✦ 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀: Analyze client business models, extract clear project requirements, and translate them into actionable, step-by-step tasks for our creative and technical teams.
✦ 𝗢𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗶𝘇𝗲 𝗗𝗲𝗹𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝗣𝗶𝗽𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀: Standardize internal processes, identify operational bottlenecks, and maintain clear documentation using tools like ClickUp, Asana, or Jira.
✦ 𝗠𝗮𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗻 𝗖𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗖𝗹𝗮𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘆: Serve as a trusted point of contact for project updates, managing expectations and ensuring our solutions solve the client's actual business pain points.
𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:
✦ 5+ years of experience in project management, operations, or business analysis—ideally within a digital agency, software house, or fast-paced tech startup environment.
✦ Systems Thinker: Proficient with project management frameworks and tracking software (ClickUp, Trello, Asana, Notion, or Slack).
✦ Communication Mastery: Exceptional structural, verbal, and written communication skills to keep cross-functional teams and clients in perfect alignment.
✦ References: 3 verifiable professional references (past clients or employers).
