Position Title: Claims Specialist (Contract Manager)
Work Location: Cox’s Bazar

Key Responsibilities:
Ø Identify and promptly submit claim events, including cost claims, extension of time (EOT), and price adjustment claims.
Ø Prepare claim notices, calculation sheets, supporting documents, and delay impact analyses; follow up and coordinate with the Employer or Engineer.
Ø Participate in variation management to ensure site changes are accurately reflected in the contract valuation.
Ø Interpret FIDIC and other relevant contract clauses; provide guidance on contract interpretation and application.
Ø Maintain organized contract records and support the administration of progress, measurement, payment, and other commercial processes.
Ø Assist in handling contractual disputes and provide practical solutions aligned with overall project objectives.
Qualifications:
Ø Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering Law or Law.
Ø Proven experience with FIDIC and other international contract standards, with solid knowledge and hands-on experience in claims management; capable of independently handling claims such as EOT and cost reimbursement.
Ø Minimum 5–7 years of experience in contract or claims management for international construction projects; candidates with successful claims experience on large-scale projects are highly preferred.
Ø Work experience in Japanese, Korean companies or other International organization will be given priority. .
