Key Responsibilities:
• Efficiently manage warehouse/store operations, ensuring smooth workflow and optimum stock levels.
• Implement inventory control procedures to minimize losses and ensure accurate stock counts.
• Collaborate with other departments to fulfill orders accurately and on time.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
• Monitor and analyse trends to optimize stock levels and product replenishment.
• Uphold company policies and standards, ensuring compliance with safety and security regulations.
• Prepare and maintain accurate records of inventory, sales, and other relevant data.
• Identify areas for improvement and implement best practices to enhance overall efficiency.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in a similar role.
• Current Forklift ticket (or willingness to obtain)
• Strong leadership skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in inventory management software and MS Office applications.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
