Hello

It is with sadness that I wish to advise that my final day after 20 years at Key People will be Friday 28 November 2014.

I would like to thank everyone for all there amazing support over the years, Ive been so fortunate to work with such loyal and dedicated workers and I will miss all my candidates, clients and temps. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart. I am due to give birth in April 2015, so lots of exciting times (and lack of sleep) coming my way.

Our Perth offices will be working from our New South Wales office effective 1 December 2014..

We are looking for a PA for a Government organisation..
Duties:-

SECRETARIAL
Provides administrative support to the Director and managers as required.
Receives telephone calls and visitors on behalf of the Director.
Organises travel, itineraries, functions and conferences.
Prepares documents including letters, minutes of meetings, reports, agendas and briefing material.
Maintaining & creating corporate records using the Department’s Records Management system.

SERVICE DELIVERY
Acts as Executive Officer to committees within the Department as directed by the Director.
Provides operational support to the Director including assisting with the provision of information and the conduct of research on special projects.
Collects, collates and maintains data relevant to SAMD activities and provides reports as directed.
Prepares responses to correspondence as directed.
Contributes to the development of the agency’s strategic directions in alignment with the Department’s values and leadership statements.
Initiates and provides administrative support, including financial and resource management aligned to a commercial and business focus.

PLANNING AND ORGANISING
Contributes to the development of strategic and business plans for the Portfolio providing innovative solutions to meet a changing environment.
Undertakes research and analysis across a range of areas to inform the planning process.
Contributes to and implements continuous improvement strategies.

OTHER
Performs other duties as directed
