The principal, Carolyn Jeffrey, has spent more than 30 years in the regional and metropolitan media, including holding roles as managing editor of newspapers, state online management positions and trouble-shooting.

Known for her passion to "make a difference", her service is lauded by customers from her past employment. Not everyone is comfortable in today’s online and virtual world, so CJ’s Business Solutions provides a mix of face-to-face and remote services to suit the client’s personality and needs.

Carolyn's flexibility means she can be responsive to the needs of local small business without any ongoing commitment from the client - engagement is on a 'per contract' basis and most clients pay on an actual time used basis.
