Today marks a major milestone — Protech’s 20th Anniversary! 🎉

Founded in Brisbane in 2006 by our Director Marc Meili, Protech began with a simple but powerful mission: to be a positive influence in people’s lives.

From that purpose, we’ve grown into a national business with over 25 branches across every state and territory, and more than 5,500 hardworking Australians proudly representing Protech across client sites every day. 👷

For two decades, we’ve been first choice for quality in industries that keep Australia moving, delivering safe and high-performing workforce services built on trust.

As we celebrate this milestone, we want to thank our people, our clients, and our communities for being part of the journey. Here’s to the next twenty years! 🥂🍾

🎉 Huge Congratulations to Dylan Gounden! 🎉

We’re proud to celebrate Dylan, who has officially completed his 4-year apprenticeship with Protech and is now a qualified Fitter! 👨‍🔧💪

Dylan began his journey in 2021, studying a Certificate III in Engineering – Mechanical Trade at The Industry School - and what a journey it’s been! 🚀

He kicked off his hands-on experience at Cross River Rail 🛠️ and completed his apprenticeship with the fantastic team at Delta Group 👷‍♂️🔧

Dylan’s dedication, skill, and growth over the past four years have been nothing short of inspiring. We’re thrilled to have been part of his journey and can’t wait to see what he achieves next! 🌟

👷‍♀️ Empowering Women in Construction! 👷‍♀️

This week, we welcomed six incredible women into our Pre-apprenticeship Program, kicking off their journey in the construction industry! 💪🏽

In partnership with Seymour Whyte, Major Training, and Mas National, these participants will complete a Certificate I in Construction over the next 12 weeks, setting the foundation for their future Certificate III pathway.

A big thank you to Adrian Baker, Emily Suttie, and Paul Conroy for their hard work in bringing this program to life! We can’t wait to see these women grow and thrive in their careers.
