👋 Hello Legal Support Staff of Australia!
If you work in Legal Support in Australia, there’s a pretty good chance you’ve received a message from me, spoken to me, seen one of my job ads, been interviewed by me…or possibly wondered “How does this woman keep finding me?” ☺️

So, I thought it was time to properly reintroduce myself. I’m Meaghan Gleeson, Owner & Managing Partner of Tanner Menzies Legal, an Australian owned recruitment business specialising in Legal Support, part of the Tanner Menzies group.

And yes, I’ve been recruiting Legal Support professionals for 20+ years. Twenty. Plus. Years.

But after all this time, my favourite part of the job is still people.
I don’t believe recruitment is about simply matching a CV to a job description.
It’s about finding the right fit for YOU.
The right role. The right team. The right next step.

My approach is simple: honest advice, confidentiality, genuine relationships and doing what I say I’m going to do.

☀Last week, some of the Tanner Menzies team were fortunate to attend the RCSA Australia and New Zealand conference at beautiful Kingscliff, I’m missing that incredible sun!
🙏 A big thank you goes out to Charles Cameron, Jodie Radley and the whole team for organising another fantastic event. Two days and two nights, of valuable insights and discussion, hearing inspirational stories and networking with industry colleagues at some simply incredible social events.
🙋‍♀️ We enjoyed a varied program, with the expected lense on technology and AI. However, the overwhelming theme I took away was that with all the tech advancements; relationship, human interaction, involvement and influence will always remain key. “We are a people first industry, first and foremost.”
We look forward to the next one!!
