The Creem was dreamed through experience owning hospitality venues in Sydney. Our major problem was trialing multiple staff members based off paper CVs and realising they were not suited to the role for reasons which simply could not be communicated through written word such as, communication ability, proper aesthetics, real abilities working with equipment such as a coffee machine etc. We were also limited to using job tool such as gumtree which didn’t allow job seekers to submit clear transparent personal information when applying for a job with no experience.
