Pandanus Workforce is seeking an experienced Mobile Slewing Crane Operator (Franna) holding a current CN High Risk Licence to join a major marine and infrastructure project in Darwin.

This is not your standard crane role.

We're looking for a team player who is willing to jump off the crane and assist with formwork, carpentry and general construction activities when lifting operations are not underway.

✅ Current CN Licence
✅ Experience operating Franna cranes on construction projects
✅ Formwork / Carpentry experience highly regarded
✅ White Card
✅ Ability to work safely in a busy construction environment
✅ Marine, Civil or Defence project experience advantageous

This is an excellent opportunity to secure long-term work on one of Darwin's significant infrastructure projects while working with a professional and supportive team.
