Factory General Labourers – Campbelltown Area
$32.50 + Super | Long term Opportunities
Octopus Labour Solutions is an Australian-owned professional recruitment company currently seeking multiple Factory General Labourers to join our clients’ manufacturing and production teams based around the Campbelltown area.
We are looking for reliable and hardworking candidates who are seeking ongoing work opportunities within a fast-paced factory environment.

Shifts Available:
Monday to Friday
Morning shift - from 7am or 8am

Pay Rate:
Starting from $32.50 + Super

Duties may include:
Heavy lifting duties (30 kg +)
Production line work
Machine operation assistance
Packing and labelling products
Quality checks
Manual handling and repetitive tasks
General factory housekeeping
Following workplace safety procedures

Requirements:
Previous factory or warehouse experience preferred
Experience working on production lines
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with operational noise
Able to follow instructions and work as part of a team
Reliable and physically fit for repetitive tasks

What we’re looking for:
Must be comfortable with heavy lifting duties (25kg–30kg+ regularly)
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Ability to perform under time-sensitive production demands
Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards
