Which should be great news for you.

These three things will set you apart from every other tradie.

Be on time.
Do what you said you’d do.
Follow up without being asked.

That’s it.

Too many builders out there treating their tradies like they’re disposable … and it’s got to stop.

I’m a chippy who got burnt by too many dodgy clients and builders who didn’t pay.

Whilst on the tools full time … building this in every spare hour of the day.

No funding. No tech background. Just a chippy who can’t help but question why things are broken … I refused to let it slide, and won’t stop until it’s fixed.

I see business owners expecting the world from their tradies … without giving anything back.

And look, I get it.
But it’s a two way street.

Relationships are transactional … give a little, receive a little, give a little more, receive a little more.

If your team is busting their ass and you’re constantly asking for more without giving them recognition … you don’t deserve what you’re getting.

And if you’re an employee asking for a raise without putting in the work … same thing goes.
