Our Story:

Christie Executive Assistants came about after finding a solution for a very common problem. As registered migration agents we found we were overwhelmed with time-consuming administrative tasks that were taking our focus off the actual migration work and helping our clients. With the ever increasing costs of hiring admin staff in Australia, we needed to find affordable but highly competent staff that could ease the burden of all the extra work we found ourselves doing.

Through a chance conversation, we discovered an abundance of highly skilled talent in the Philippines that we could afford and trust to undertake all the tasks we didn’t have time for.

Although we were so busy with the migration business, we still had to find time to train the staff which was increasingly difficult given the amount of work we were already doing. It felt like another thing we had to do but had no time for. But we sacrificed and created procedures for the admin tasks that are common for migration agents. Now we can easily take on new staff and have them trained and ready to go in no time.

So we realised if we had this problem, many other agents must have this issue too. Particularly sole traders and those agents with small businesses, it can be extremely hard to find affordable yet professional staff.

With a goal of partnering great individuals to clients who share the same values and characters, we believe that like-minded individuals working towards the same goals or business have the highest capacity of growing.

And that is why we have developed Christie Executive Assistants.
