From 26 August 2025, two big Fair Work changes kick in:
1️⃣ Right to Disconnect – Staff can refuse after-hours calls, texts, and emails if it’s unreasonable.
2️⃣ Casual Conversion – Eligible casuals can request permanent roles through the new employee-choice pathway.
