✅ Keep routes optimised and ensure the team stays on track throughout the day
✅ Adjust appointments as needed and handle changes with confidence and professionalism
✅ Collaborate with techs and the office team to ensure everything runs smoothly
✅ Complete other ad hoc tasks as required
✅ Process a high volume of enquiries with outstanding accuracy
✅ Ensure service calls are completed by required due dates

Are you an experienced scheduler with a solid background in the trades industry?

We're a busy electrical and air conditioning company based in Mansfield 4122, Brisbane, looking for a dedicated, long-term addition to our team.

This is NOT a short-term or fill-in role — we’re after someone who wants to grow with us and become a key part of our business.

What We’re Looking For:

✅ Experience in scheduling tradesmen — You must be able to schedule jobs accurately and understand how long tasks should take.
✅ Minimum 2 years’ experience in the trades industry — This is essential. (If you don’t have this experience, please don’t apply.)
✅ Quoting and invoicing experience — You will handle these tasks independently.
✅ Job management system knowledge — Familiarity with systems like ServiceM8, Tradify, Aroflow, Simpro, Fergus, etc., is required.
