HOSPITALITY STAFF WANTED (IMMEDIATE START)
I am currently looking for dedicated and professional staff members, to fulfill the following positions and join the friendly team. The interviews will be held tomorrow at 10am at Sanctuary Cove, and the positions are immediate staff (for those who are successful). POSITIONS AVAILABLE:
Cocktail Barman – Qualified bar staff (must have RSA) and minimum 5 years’ experience in making drinks/cocktails.
Bar Runners – Taking drink orders, managing the orders, table service and ensuring customers are not waiting on drinks
Waitresses/Waiters – Excellent customer service, time management, quick on your feet, attention to detail and able to hold plates and manage table service
Restaurant HOST – Meeting and greeting customers, bookings, managing events and functions, seating guests, overseeing other staff to ensure FOH is operating smoothly
Kitchenhand/Dishes – Doing dishes, cutlery and some prep work with desserts or assist CHEFS where needed (experience preferred but not essential)
Restaurant Manager – Qualified Restaurant Manager with minimum 3 years’ experience.
Overseeing functions, events, and special occasions of the restaurant. Managing and overseeing staff, to ensure they are delivering professional service to all customers.
Oversee FOH - deliver professional individual customer service and assist with general enquires, bookings or concerns. Manage operations smoothly, delegation of duties to staff and general cleaning and setting up restaurant. Also assisting with stock orders, liaison with suppliers and Reps.
