Today we celebrated Tradie Bootcamp, delivered in partnership with and Department of Jobs, Skills, Industry and Regions - Apprenticeships Victoria (AV); a powerful example of what happens when industry comes together to back women in trades.
are proud to have recruited and employed seven apprentices as part of this program!
Hosted by John Graves from AV at we heard from Executive Director Janelle Arena on why programs like this are essential to increasing women’s participation and creating real pathways into apprenticeships.

We were especially proud to see our GTO Manager Anita Peters alongside our valued partner Ana Buljubasic from and their apprentice Danielle, alongside Georgia King from AV, speak about the collaboration, care and partnership that has supported Danielle’s journey.
Great to also see our amazing partners Scott Anderson from .vic , Andrew Moir from and Alan Williams from .glass , who are hosting our apprentices into apprenticeships. And a big shout‑out to David Campbell & Tyron Bravo who created this Program & Jon Dawson from Casello, who couldn’t make it today.
