Meet Jenna and Virgil Reuben (husband & wife) ... Proud owners of Solve X Indigenous Group. Jenna is a Badimia and Amagoo woman from the Mid-West region, and Virgil is a Torres Strait Islander man. Together, they built Solve X from a shared passion for helping people and creating positive change in their community.
Solve X Indigenous Group focuses on labour hire and support services, connecting employers with skilled workers particularly within the NDIS sector. Their mission is to empower Indigenous people, strengthen employment pathways, and ensure workplaces are inclusive, respectful, and culturally strong.
Starting a business wasnβt easy, but their βwhyβ kept them going building opportunities for mob and proving whatβs possible when we lead with culture, family, and resilience.
Through the support of Yamatji Business Support (YBS), Solve X has gained valuable guidance, networks, and resources to help their vision grow. Jenna and Virgil are passionate about seeing more of our mob in meaningful, stable employment and creating pathways that inspire the next generation.
