So many women are walking around thinking they just have to put up with pain, exhaustion, leaking, burnout, hormonal chaos, and feeling disconnected from their bodies… simply because they’ve been told it’s “normal”.

It's time for better understandingand support.
And the chance to actually feel at home in our bodies again.

We need to stop teaching females that periods are just something to ‘deal with’… and start teaching them how their bodies actually work.

We live in a world that makes us feel like every problem needs an immediate solution.

But our brains, bodies, and nervous systems were never designed to live in a constant state of urgency.

Sometimes the most productive thing we can do is rest, take a deep breath and simply step away for a moment.

Because things often feel very different after sleep, quiet, nourishment, or simply giving ourselves space to exist without trying to fix everything all at once.

Hot take: self care for me is rarely a massage… it’s sitting alone in complete silence for 45 minutes. I feel so good right now. I relish being alone when it's something I very, very rarely get.

and small, doable ways to actually support your body, understand your stage in life and be able to support yourself and your kids through some of life's biggest transitions.

First run back post back to back to back injuries. Felt absolutely awful 😂 But I did it, I was a grumpy cow while I did it, but I did it. Do I feel good now it's done? not particularly but I did it and that's the main focus right now. 139 days to go
