NEXOBIZ – Product Development Manager – Córdoba
We are looking for a PDM to become part of an important IT Services Enterprise located in the Arabic Emirates. The job position will be filled in Córdoba Capital, Argentina, and could be required to eventually travel to Abu Dhabi (UAE).
The ideal candidate will be a committed PDM who has a strong sense of self and strives for perfection.
As an Experienced PDM, you should have:
• Extensive experience in building software (frontend / backend). The resource should be guru in SDLC different methodologies, knows the phases, its deliverables, and documentation contents. It is preferable to have someone with previous experience in .net & SQL & has developed a successful mobile app like touch down, astrid.
• BS in computer science or a related field, or significant equivalent experience.
• 8 - 10+ years of experience in the software development.
• Solid experience in leading, managing & supervising teams.
• Solid experience in building professional development plans for the team members.
• Solid experience in setting project roles and responsibilities and provide timely performance feedbacks for assigned team members.
• Alert colleagues to emerging technologies or applications and the opportunities to integrate them into operations and activities.
• Solid experience in JavaScript, JQuery, CSS, HTML5, XHTML, XML, JSON, AJAX
• Solid experience in web programming and in ASP.Net development.
• Solid experience in relational database systems such as MySQL, MSSQL, Oracle, DB2
• Solid experience in Object Oriented Programming concepts
• Solid experience in Product development & Customizations (Mainly mobile development: IOs, Windows Mobile, Android...)
• Solid experience in Workflows/Dialogs
• Solid experience in Product Plugins Development
• Solid experience in Product SDK development
• Solid experience in international web standards and protocols.
• Solid experience in the software development lifecycle
• Produce project estimates during sales process, including expertise required, total number of people required, total number of development hours required, etc.
• Determine appropriate architecture, and other technical solutions, and make relevant recommendations to clients.
• Develop detailed specification documents with clear project deliverables and timelines, and to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
• Extensive experience in analyzing, troubleshooting and resolving problems
• Create test plan strategies, troubleshoot and provide QA.
• Excellent Customer Service Skills.
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with all levels.
• Self-starter with good self-management skills.
• Ability to multi-task, organize and manage multiple priorities.
