Salary: AED 5,000–8,000/month, depending on experience
Experience: 3–6 years
UAE/GCC experience: Preferred

Our esteemed client, a well-established landscaping and design company in Dubai, is looking for a creative and experienced Landscape Architect to join their growing team.

Key Responsibilities
·Develop landscape concepts and detailed designs for high-end residential, hospitality and commercial projects.
· Design swimming pools, water features, hardscape, softscape, planting schemes, pergolas and outdoor lighting zones.
· Prepare AutoCAD drawings, sections, elevations, details, 3D visuals, mood boards and presentations.
· Coordinate with clients, architects, MEP, structural/civil consultants and contractors.
· Prepare and coordinate Dubai Municipality, Trakhees and other authority submissions.
· Conduct site visits, review shop drawings, material samples and ensure design intent is maintained during ex*****on.

Requirements
· Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Landscape Architecture, Architecture or related field.
· Strong knowledge of landscape, pool and outdoor design.
· Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Photoshop and InDesign.
· Revit/GIS knowledge is an advantage.
· Good knowledge of UAE-suitable plants, materials and sustainable landscaping.
· Strong communication, presentation and coordination skills.
· DM/local authority experience or registration is an advantage.
· LEED GA/AP or PMP certification is a plus.

Our well-established client in the Interior Design & Fit-Out industry is looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor with strong expertise in landscape works,
swimming pools, water features, and external works.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, and quantity take-offs
• Review drawings, specifications, and project requirements
• Handle tendering, subcontractor evaluations, and cost comparisons
• Manage variations, valuations, claims, and final accounts
• Monitor project costs and provide commercial support
• Conduct site measurements and coordinate with project teams
• Prepare cost reports and maintain QS documentation
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field
• 6–10 years of UAE experience in Quantity Surveying
