We are looking for a creative and detail-driven Interior Designer to join their growing team.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop interior design concepts from brief to final design package
• Create mood boards, presentations, material palettes, and design narratives
• Space planning, layouts, and detailed design drawings
• Select and specify FF&E, materials, finishes, lighting, and furniture
• Prepare technical drawings, schedules, and design documentation
• Coordinate with consultants, suppliers, and manufacturers
• Review shop drawings and material submissions
• Work with visualization teams on high-quality renderings
• Support client presentations and design reviews
• Stay updated with global luxury design trends and materials

Requirements
• Degree in Interior Design or Architecture
• 3–7+ years of experience in luxury residential / hospitality / high-end interiors
• Strong portfolio showcasing design + technical expertise
• Proficiency in AutoCAD/ArchiCAD, Photoshop, 3ds Max (plus Canva/Procreate)
• Strong knowledge of FF&E, materials, and construction detailing
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Fluent in English

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, and quantity take-offs
• Review drawings, specifications, and project requirements
• Handle tendering, subcontractor evaluations, and cost comparisons
• Manage variations, valuations, claims, and final accounts
• Monitor project costs and provide commercial support
• Conduct site measurements and coordinate with project teams
• Prepare cost reports and maintain QS documentation
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field
