Radifa Facilities Management is looking for hardworking and reliable Cleaners to join our team in Dubai.

📌 Responsibilities:

Perform general cleaning duties (sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming)

Maintain cleanliness in offices, residential buildings, and facilities

Handle waste disposal in a safe and hygienic manner

Ensure bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas are cleaned regularly

Report any maintenance issues to supervisors

✅ Requirements:

Previous experience as a cleaner/housekeeper (preferred)

Physically fit and able to handle cleaning equipment

Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

Good communication skills (basic English an advantage)

Positive attitude and teamwork spirit

Monitor and protect premises to ensure safety and security

Control access and verify visitors, staff, and vehicles

Conduct regular security patrols and inspections

Report suspicious activities and security incidents

Provide assistance during emergencies

✅ Requirements:

Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Security Guard (preferred in UAE)

SIRA Certificate / License (mandatory)

Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)

Physically fit and disciplined

Willing to work flexible shifts
