📢 We Are Hiring: Telecom Site Engineer | Algeria 🇩🇿

MAKTEK is looking for an experienced Site Engineer to supervise and coordinate civil works, site surveys, network installation, commissioning, and integration activities for our telecom projects in Algeria.

📍 Location: Algeria
📡 Sector: Telecommunications
💼 Experience: 5+ years in telecom site implementation
🎓 Education: Bachelor’s in Telecom Engineering, IT, or equivalent

➡️ Key Responsibilities:

Field Supervision: Lead riggers and technicians in civil works, installation, alignment, and commissioning.

Technical & Integration: Oversee equipment power-up, testing, cable checks, and network integration.

Quality & Safety: Ensure strict compliance with Health & Safety rules and Ericsson / customer quality standards.

Maintenance & Audits: Conduct site audits, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and emergency repairs.

Reporting: Interpret technical drawings and deliver accurate site/test documentation.

➡️ Requirements

Strong technical knowledge of telecom site construction, networking, and Ericsson equipment.

Proven field leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Good written and spoken English (technical & safety communication).

Flexibility to work outdoors, shifts, nights, or weekends when required.
