I have been very passionate about Human Resources and thoroughly enjoy collaborating with people. While working as a HR professional, I realized that many people are unaware of the HR policies and visa regulations and did not know whom to ask. Sometimes though they could ask their HR person, they did not want to ask to send out a wrong message. And sometimes you just want a neutral advice or exper

ienced response from a professional. I have personally been approached numerous times on HR advice and helping someone gives me great satisfaction. This moved me to create this platform to share HR updates and help people with their queries. I have a long way to go but hopefully we all will learn in this journey!
