RETAIL GENERAL MANAGER

We are currently looking for a General Manager in SAUDI ARABIA—this is a hands-on management role, working directly with our retail stores, leading a team of Store Managers to deliver sales excellence, as well as superior customer satisfaction.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Accountable for overall sales maximization/ store results
• Executing Retail Initiatives in all areas: Staff, Customers, Merchandise, Physical Store, Loss Prevention and Operations.
• Effectively manage cross functional resources
• Manage and Develop Retail Team
• Create and Develop Brand Awareness
• Identify and capitalize on opportunities
• Demonstrate and Execute Customer Service Principals

EDUCATION
Bachelor Degree plus MBA in Marketing Or Retail Chain Management
