TripleONE HR Consultancy is hiring on behalf of a prestigious client in Abu Dhabi! We are looking for an experienced, hands-on Workshop Supervisor to lead workshop operations, manage technicians, and keep heavy vehicles and fleet equipment running efficiently. 🚛🔧

💰 ATTRACTIVE SALARY PACKAGE
💵 AED 8,000 – 10,000 PER MONTH
❌ Overtime: Not applicable

🛠️ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
🔹 Supervise daily workshop and repair operations
🔹 Lead mechanics and technicians
🔹 Plan preventive maintenance schedules
🔹 Ensure safety standards and quality workmanship
🔹 Maintain job cards, service records, and reports
🔹 Coordinate spare parts and inventory
🔹 Support the diagnosis of complex mechanical issues

📋 ARE YOU THE RIGHT CANDIDATE?
✅ Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field
✅ Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in fleet or heavy vehicle maintenance
✅ Previous UAE experience in a similar role is essential
✅ Strong knowledge of trucks, heavy vehicles, and waste management equipment
✅ Experience in waste collection, automotive, or logistics is preferred
✅ Good English, Urdu, and Hindi communication skills
✅ Basic computer skills, including MS Excel and reporting
⭐ Arabic language skills are an advantage!
